I cannot join a Killa SG server, help! - Possible problems and solutions: Server is full - Sometimes our servers get completely full at peak times, so just keep trying. Bad Username - If your username has special characters, it can cause connection problems. Only letter, numbers, and underscores are allowed. Internet Connection - You must be connected to Wi-Fi network in order to play on MCPE servers. Most public schools and some libraries will block non-web traffic, so you cannot play there. Stay on task, and play when you get home. If you are having lots of lag or disconnecting issues, try moving closer to your Wi-Fi router. The more bars you are getting, the better.

I forgot my password, how can I reset it? - We do not save passwords. If you have forgotten yours, you will have to contact @killasgsupport or email us at support@killasg.ml. By the way, we recommend short passwords. This is not online banking. However, do not use your username as your password, 123, etc. Other people playing on your account can quickly ruin your kill/death ratio or reputation. If you entered your password incorrectly, you will need to contact @killasgsupport via Twitter, or email us.

How do I become VIP? - For a small fee, you can unlock VIP on the server. VIP ranks are available as purchases here. The items appear in your inventory when you join the game. VIPs get advantages such as weapons or armor. This head-start is useful for all players, but especially for beginners. The ranks are not overpowering, and a skilled normal player will likely beat a newbie VIP. The prices for VIP are reasonable, and necessary so we may develop the network, rent servers, and provide a great play experience. Without VIP purchases this experience would not be possible. The same items available in the VIP kit are available to all players in the shop in each battle arena map. By purchasing VIP ranks from the KLK Gaming Corporation you are purchasing access to control over virtual items on our servers. The virtual items (such as swords, armour, etc.) are supplied by Mojang AB, supplier of the same software. Your payment is for the server side portion of the system, not that supplied by Mojang or any other party.

I lost my VIP purchases, how can I get them back? - You will need to tweet us or email us a screenshot of the message with which rank and kit you were, and tell us your MCPE username as well.

Someone is hacking, ban them! - We keep refining anti-hacking and hackers keep refining ways to get around it. A win by hacking is no win at all! There is only so much we can do because usernames are easily changed. If you happen to capture video or screenshot evidence of a player cheating, you can tweetit or email it to us, and we will ban the player.
